SAIEE JOURNALS:
The SAIEE has has two journals: namely the house journal "WattNow" and the peer-reviewed research journal "SAIEE Africa Research Journal". The latter encorporates the SAIEE Transactions.
The journal "WattNow" was launched on 16 October 2006 and addresses interesting subjects in electrical engineering such as robotics, rockets, automotive developments, astronomy, nanotechnology, bioengineering, telecoms and other brand new technologies. This journal is published by Crown Publications and distributed to all SAIEE members free of charge. It is also sold through leading newsagents and has an estimated readership of about 11 000 per issue. The "SAIEE Africa Research Journal" of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers, is an accredited, peer reviewed research journal published four times a year, covering research in all fields of electrical engineering.
