This programme will infuse strategic planning, and market understanding in an engineer’s practice to enable one to work beyond the regular call of specialised engineering practice, and progress to working on master-plans, feasibility studies, due diligence and fatal flaw analysis. Upon successful completion of this course, delegates will develop skill sets in the following areas:

• Build all aspects together in a feasibility study financial model using various tools.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to improve plans and projections.
• Analyze and review other feasibility studies, and identify its merits and shortcomings.
