COURSE OVERVIEW
Practitioners in various fields have the relevant technical skills of their disciplines, enabling them to develop technical solutions to solve business problems. However, the practitioners operate in a business environment where the language used is that of money, and business always questions the financial implications and profitability of projects that require expenditure. Practitioners involved in projects should not only have the technical know-how required for the technical aspects of the projects but must also be equipped with the requisite financial evaluation skills. This will enable the practitioners to clearly communicate the consequences of not investing and skill them in the justification of investments so that funding necessary for realization of their projects can be approved and secured.
