This course is designed for project managers and project team members who wish to increase their project management skills and broaden their knowledge of integrated project management.
COURSE OVERVIEW
It is well-documented that project success rates in meeting planned deliverable commitments at a budgeted cost within scheduled time frames are not high. Successful project management requires a wide range of integrated knowledge and skills. Key areas of expertise include strategic and detailed planning, risk management, communication, work schedule, people management, progress and quality monitoring
and control, financial control, change and integration management and proper closeout processes.
This course explores understanding and integrating each of these critical areas.
