Functions

• Management, coordination and overseeing the technical design of PV plants 
• basic technical solutions for PV plants development; 
• technical requirements for equipment creation; 
• participation in the technical assessment of equipment; 
• coordination of designers; 
• contraction and management of design subcontractors; 
• interaction with the Russian central office engineering team; 
• turn-key support of the PV projects as a Chief Engineer; 
• site visits if required

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree,
• deep understanding of technical solutions (electrical, mechanical, grid connection) of PV plants, 
• AutoCAD expert, 
• Experience with utility-scale PV projects 
• turn-key support as a chief engineer of not less than three years, 
• total work experience in PV design - not less than six years; 
• deep knowledge of the local Laws and requirements in industry; 
• English – fluent/native, Afrikaans – desirable, Russian - advantage.
