The SAIEE requires that we collect and use your information to conduct our core business and provide updates and communications with regards to our services to our valued Membership. In order for us to conduct these services in a proficient and professional manner, we are required to store information such as Names and Surnames, Email Addresses, Contact Information and Banking Details. Basic information on our Members is required so that we may target services to said Membership, as well as communicate with Membership and ensure timely payments of fees.
The SAIEE saves this information into a secured, off-site Cloud Server, utilising advanced security protocols to ensure your data safety. In the event of a data breach, we are obliged to contact our Membership and inform of such events.
The SAIEE utilises Google Analytics to measure and track website and page information and performance. Google Analytics does not track any individuals private information. The SAIEE Website also utilises Cookies, which are pieces of data that are often created when you visit a website and are stored in the cookie directory of your own computer. When the user browses the website in the future, the data stored in the cookie is sent back to the website by the browser to notify the website of the user's previous activity. No personal information is stored in the cookie. Other websites linked from this site are not covered by this privacy policy.

SAIEE/PAYGATE MINIMUM TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Detailed Description of goods and/or services
SAIEE is a Professional Voluntary Association Institute for Members of the Electronic Engineering community.
2. Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, request will be processed within 1-3 days locally, and 1-5 days internationally.
3. Export Restrictions
The offering on this website is available to South African and International clients.
4. Return and Refunds policy
SAIEE will refund the client on written request less administrative costs in full within 30 days.
5. Customer Privacy policy
SAIEE shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Private Information Act (POPIA).
6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the SAIEE's bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for SAIEE via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by SAIEE separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more details on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the card holder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
SAIEE takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction of services sold on this website, customer service and support.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and SAIEE chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. Variation
SAIEE may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
